In one of the villages of "Azatlyk" etrap named after S.A. Niyazov of the Dashoguz region, the installation of new water pipes of various diameters differing in their cross-country ability and wear resistance is being completed. In total, specialists of the individual enterprise «Doganlar» lay communications nine kilometers long. The works were carried out in the context of the implementation of a comprehensive transformation program. The new water pipes, wells and other communications were laid by the staff of private enterprises and in three other villages. The subsequent connection of new lines to the water intake structure makes possible the water supply network of one of the large rural settlements of the region to be fully updated and brought into compliance with modern requirements.

Reconstruction of existing water supply lines, along with the construction of new ones, is also being carried out in other regions of the northern region, where the engineering communications of cities and villages continue to actively develop. The works carried out are designed to promote the creation of comfortable living conditions and sustainable water use. Among the large new buildings in this area are the enterprises for the production of potable water in the regions of Boldumzas, S.Turkmenbashi and Gyorogly, new water intake facilities of various capacities and new sewage treatment plants in a number of regions.
