The sides emphasized that bilateral relations are at a high level. Thanks to the efforts of the leadership of the two countries, the friendly and fraternal ties between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan have acquired a new quality.
The important role of regular high-level contacts in maintaining bilateral dialogue, ensuring mutual understanding on key issues of the regional and international agenda, as well as mutual support for initiatives within international organizations, was noted.
The development of trade and economic cooperation was recognized as one of the priorities of bilateral partnership. In particular, the sides discussed strengthening transport and logistics links, expanding multimodal transport corridors, and simplifying cross-border procedures, which create favorable conditions for increasing trade turnover between the countries.
Cooperation in culture, science, education, and sports occupies an important place in Turkmenistan–Azerbaijan relations. The diplomats emphasized the significance of holding joint events, creative exchanges, and educational initiatives to strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the interlocutors reaffirmed their commitment to further deepening bilateral cooperation in all key areas and expressed confidence in the continuation of constructive and consistent dialogue between the two countries.
