During the days of the bagshy-destanists festival «Dünýäde ýaňlanýar ajap dessanym, toý tutýar Garaşsyz Türkmenistanym» in the city of Daşoguz, the troupe of the State Musical and Drama Theatre named after Nurmuhammed Andalyp is preparing to delight its participants with its performance.

The authors and actors were inspired by the national epic «Gorogly» to stage the play «Goly sazly, tili sözli Görogly». The director of the theatrical performance is Bekmyrat Hallyyev, the screenwriter is O. Dashgynov.

Filled with a unique folkloric flavour, vibrant stage imagery, and rich set design, this performance reflects the enduring moral values of the Turkmen people, including their ancient openness, peacefulness, and wisdom, and reveals the peacemaking role of art.
