During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Australia. Particular attention was paid to strengthening the political and diplomatic dialogue and expanding cooperation in trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on topical issues of the international and regional agenda. In particular, the situation in the Middle East was touched upon. At the same time, the importance of uniting efforts to ensure peace, security, and stability in the region was emphasized.
