In April, the International University of oil and gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev will hold Olympiads in mathematics, chemistry, and informatics for senior high school students in Turkmenistan.
All interested schoolchildren, including students from general secondary schools and schools with advanced subject study, can take part in the Olympiads. The number of participants in the Olympiads is not limited.
Subject competitions will be held in two rounds. The first round of the Olympiad will be held online from the 9th to 11th of April. Schoolchildren who successfully pass the first round will be invited to Ashgabat to participate in the second, final round. The Olympiad finals will take place on the 25th of April at the International University of oil and gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev.
Those wishing to participate in the Olympiads must send information about their students to the organising committee by the 4th of April, using the established template.
The results of the final round will be summed up based on the points scored by the participants. The winners of the Olympiads will be awarded diplomas of the I, II and III degrees.
Furthermore, by decision of the organising committee, students who demonstrate high results at the competition and win prizes will receive priority admission to the International University of oil and gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev.
