During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the digital system, issues of preparation for one of the key events of the spring, the international forum «Turkmentravel – 2026», were discussed.

Deputy-prime B. Seyidova reported that preparations for the April event have entered an active phase, and the program of the forum promises to be intense.

It will include specialised seminars and round-table meetings organised jointly with the World tourism organisation, as well as a scientific and practical conference on innovations in the tourism industry. Currently, registration for those wishing to participate in the upcoming events is ongoing.

The head of state emphasised the high importance of developing the tourism industry and strengthening international partnerships in this area. Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to ensure a high level of organisation of the international forum and adequately present the tourism potential of Turkmenistan.
