“18 Years – 18 Achievements” was the title of a presentation competition held on April 6 at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to mark the 18th anniversary of the institute’s founding.
The competition among students of the Faculty of International Law was organized by members of the “Young Lawyers” scientific club of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law of the institute.
The event featured an engaging and visually impressive marathon of student presentations dedicated to the institute’s path of formation and development.

The main focus of the presentations was on the key areas of activity of the Higher School of Diplomacy. Future legal specialists elaborated in detail on the topic of international cooperation, particularly the development of strategic partnerships between the Institute of International Relations of the MFA of Turkmenistan and leading foreign universities, as well as reputable international organizations.
The authors of the presentations informed the audience about the institute’s accumulated scientific and educational potential, the active implementation of innovative technologies and teaching methods, and the dynamic growth of its academic performance indicators.
Special attention was also given to the achievements of students and graduates, regarded as the highest indicator of the institute’s success.
The presentations provided a vivid and meaningful account of the institution’s journey over the past 18 years—a historically short period, yet filled with diligent, high-quality work and its well-deserved results.
The holding of this significant event at the institute allowed participants not only to demonstrate their public speaking skills and ability to prepare high-quality video content, but also to strengthen their understanding of the important goals and significance of their alma mater and the foreign policy strategy of the country.
