In order to successfully address the challenges facing the country's oil and gas industry and develop the fourth phase of the «Galkynyş» gas field in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the State concern «Türkmengaz» is required to establish, in accordance with the established procedure, a subordinate state enterprise, «Galkynyşgaz», operating on a business-accounting basis, as well as to develop a draft Charter for the state enterprise and approve it.
