It was emphasized that the internationally recognized status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan serves as an effective tool for fostering constructive dialogue and strengthening mutual understanding on a global scale.

The readiness of Turkmenistan to continue constructive dialogue and contribute to international efforts aimed at promoting a culture of peaceful coexistence was confirmed.
