Russian Producer “Miratorg” Expands Its Presence in the Turkmen Market

The international exhibition “Agro Pack Turkmenistan – 2026,” currently being held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, has become not only a platform for exchanging experience in the agricultural sector, but also a showcase for leading global food producers. One of the most prominent displays in the ready-made and semi-finished products segment is the stand of the Russian agro-industrial holding company “Miratorg.”

The successful implementation of Turkmenistan’s state program supporting private business has ensured substantial growth in the domestic market. In conditions of healthy competition, international brands are striving to offer Turkmen consumers their best new products.

Leading export manager of “Miratorg,” Natig Mamedov, noted the high level of consumer culture in the country.

“In my opinion, Turkmenistan has an excellent selection of semi-finished products. Residents of the country have access to an exceptionally wide variety of goods, surpassing the assortment available in other regions of Central Asia,” said N. Mamedov.

The Russian businessman shared that the Russian company’s operations in Turkmenistan are developing in two directions.

“The first is the retail sector, which includes expanding the product range in all major retail chains. Store shelves feature the full line of nuggets, as well as new products such as pancakes, dumplings, frozen vegetables, and fruits. The second direction is the supply of high-quality raw materials for local producers of sausages and semi-finished products,” explained N. Mamedov.

The company representative added that national preferences are taken into account when forming the export portfolio. Special attention is paid to products with a rich meat flavor, which are traditionally popular in Turkmenistan.

The participation of major market players such as “Miratorg” in the exhibition “Agro Pack Turkmenistan – 2026” once again confirms the investment attractiveness of Turkmenistan’s food sector and opens new horizons for interregional trade integration.
