President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to President of the Republic of India Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in connection with numerous casualties, injuries and destruction as a result of severe storms and downpours in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, the head of state conveyed words of sincere sympathy and support to the families and friends of the deceased at this difficult time, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
