Thematic exposition of the Museum of Fine Arts has acquainted with the works of Turkmen artists dedicated to the white marble Ashgabat, the admiring architectural ensembles, effectively emphasized by the light-colored design, cozy park areas and generous placers of floral patterns, original fountains and the atmosphere of cordiality.

The exhibition was presented mainly in urban landscapes, conveying the poetic beauty of the country's main city that has changed over the past years. Perhaps the most significant impact on the visitors are two works of the poster genre from the series "My beautiful city of Ashgabat", made by a group of artists - P. Garryev, D. Dzhumaniyazov, A. Kuliev, O. Lallikov. Works transmitting the solemnity of the architectural and monumental symbols of the capital.

Residents from all over the country and foreign guests come to see the sights of Ashgabat, recharge the energy of large-scale achievements, symbolically embodied in the harmonious shape of the metropolis. The picture of the artist A. Kichikulov "Visiting his son" depicts an elderly woman. She is under the impression of just seen. A woman is resting, sitting by the open window, behind which is a panorama of a modern residential complex...

Artist S. Khodzhakuliev in the film "The Fires of Ashgabat" presented the evening city: solemn rows of street lamps, original lighting of buildings, dot illumination, and cascades of colorful fountains ... The city literally drowns in the myriad of lights that have strewn over the night capital.

The harmonized style of the urban environment is underlined in the picture of T. Klychdurdyeva "Ashgabat". White marble skyscrapers appear in the frame of green plantations. The color concept of the canvas is built on the contrast of white and green colors, the combination of which gives a feeling of freshness and purity.

The work of S. Babikova "Autumn Ashgabat” is about how the city looked a few decades ago. The retro picture carries in the atmosphere of the 70's, where the lovely, familiar two-story houses of yellow color with slightly peeling plaster are in perfect harmony with the reddish-yellow crowns of trees in the lawns, and the people of the older generation naturally cause nostalgia.

Consonant with the canvas of Stanislav Babikova is the painting by Natalia Kalugina "City landscape", in the plot of which the past and the future of the capital are organically integrated - low former buildings with red tiled roofs adjoin to the majestic elite complexes. Harmonious color palette enhances the lyrical tonality of the landscape.
