The official opening ceremony and presentation of the digital logistics platform «Transport Expedition» (TEX) took place at the «Iş Nokady» business centre, located in the «Arkaç» shopping and entertainment centre of the capital. This online project serves as a modern bridge, uniting shippers, private drivers, large fleet owners, and logistics companies on a single platform.

The event was attended by leading industry experts, local entrepreneurs, product manufacturers, and numerous guests interested in the logistics sector. In addition, an online broadcast was organised for international participants via the Google Meet platform.

The event featured speeches by deputy director of the «Turkmen Logistics» Association Sapa Gurbanberdiyev, head of the consulting company «MCT Agency» Daniil Mayakovskiy, and director of the business entity «Döwletli Nesibe» Haknazar Haljanov. As noted, the digital project «TEX» was implemented on the basis of the business society «Daşly kenar» with the support of the Association «Turkmen Logistics», which unites more than 160 specialised companies.

The TEX platform was developed by ES «Döwletli Nesibe» with the involvement of national and foreign experts. The key feature of the project is that it is the first large-scale digital logistics tool in Turkmenistan, enabling operations and settlements to be carried out in full not only in the national currency, the manat, but also in foreign currencies. The system is accessible on a «one-stop-shop» basis through a modern website and mobile applications (Google Play, App Store).

The key features of the platform include intelligent matching (automatically connecting cargo owners with suitable vehicles on a single platform); GPS monitoring (the ability to track cargo locations digitally); cost optimisation (eliminating unnecessary expenses through direct communications); and analytics (specialised tools for data collection and logistics cost planning).

The TEX platform is available in English, Russian, and Turkish. It is designed with high safety and ease of use in mind. This platform is designed to contribute to improving logistics system of the country in line with international standards, increasing the competitiveness of domestic goods, and strengthening export infrastructure.
