The second day of the Week of culture, which started in the western region of the country, was rich with various events.
Events of the large scale creative action, annual organization of which in commemoration of Day of workers of culture and art as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, became a noble tradition, have a deep sense and significance in the light of further perfection of Turkmen culture and art and wide promotion of their potential and variety.
In the morning, on the margins of the second day, in the culture centre of Gyzylarbat etrap of Balkan velayat, a song and musical creative event «Hatyrasy belent halypalar» was held. Its participants pointed out a special contribution of famous workers of art and creative figures who have left an indelible trace in the history of our country, in the further enrichment and development of national culture.
Interesting and inspiring performances were devoted to the many-sided creativity of Bayram shakhyr, national actors of Turkmenistan Sary Garryev and Gichgeldi Amanov, and honoured bagshy of Turkmenistan Bayramguly Aytjanov.
In the event, song and musical compositions sounded. A special place was given to songs on the basis of the creative heritage of Bayram shakhyr and modern products. In the inspired performances, bagshy-musicians sang of prosperity of our country, happy life of our people and beauty of nature of our land.
In addition, in the cultural-sports complex of Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex of "Türkmennebit" State Concern, the conference «The method of modern training with use of possibilities of digital system» was held.
As was marked, according to the «Concept of development of system of digital education in Turkmenistan», in all educational institutions of the country, including in higher educational institutions, modern techniques of teaching and new disciplines, which are meeting the requirements of the present time that promotes preparation of the highly skilled specialists necessary for branches of national economy, are introduced.
The speakers emphasised that with development of high technologies and science, "smart" society focused on requirements of the individual is formed. Under influence of digitalization, radical restructurings occur both in the labour market and development of education systems.
As a whole, the basic attention of participants of the forum was concentrated on discussion of modern methods of education, curriculums and techniques necessary for preparation of specialists, claimed by time.
In the second half of the day, in the Balkan velayat library, a solemn ceremony of the finale of the creative competition «Garaşsyzlykdan galkynýan medeniýet» and evening of poetry of famous young poets of our country «Ylham joşguny» took place.
A great interest of its participants in this creative competition was marked.
The similar competitions annually held in the country, promote the interest of talented youth in studying the invaluable spiritual property of our people and rich national culture. It in turn gives a powerful impulse to new creative initiatives, promotes revealing and support of young talents, their professional perfection, and development of modern Turkmen art and literature.
The organization of the competition in the year of celebration of the 35th anniversary of independence of our sovereign fatherland has a deep sense and clearly speaks of the fact that organisation of various cultural events and every possible competitions within the preparation for significant dates have a great significance in the life of our country and people and has become a noble tradition.
Winners of the competitions held in corresponding areas, were awarded special awards. The most distinguished contestants competed for the Grand prix, the first, second and third places. The ceremony of solemn awarding of winners increased the importance of the present action. One should note that among competitors there were also those who have received incentive prizes.
Receiving awards, winners of the creative competition expressed sincere gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag for the many opportunities created in our country for revealing abilities and talents of the youth.
The literary soiree «Ylham joşguny» also became one of the remembered events of the Week of culture.
Eminent and young poets expressed deep gratitude to the head of the state and the National Leader of the Turkmen people for the given possibilities for fruitful activity of poets, writers and the journalists who have devoted themselves to the art of creativity and creation of modern products.
In the literary-musical compositions, which sounded during the event and expressive readings, large scale transformations carried out in the country today and great aims, happy life of our people and well-being of our beloved fatherland were highlighted. The beauty of Turkmen horses, to which the motto of this year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers» is devoted, was glorified especially.
Participants of the Week of culture also became witnesses of the remarkable event - the concert of workers of art of Balkan and Dashoguz velayats, which was held in the atmosphere of a high spiritual uplift in the Palace of culture of oil industry workers named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi in Balkanabat city.
The combination of folk music and songs, performances of variety artists and incendiary dances of folklore groups testified to the all-round approach to preparation of the program of this creative holiday at high level.
As a whole, concert numbers prepared by workers of art and culture of Balkan and Dashoguz velayats, glorified our native fatherland and successes reached under the leadership of Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar and beauty of nature. The celebration organised in the spirit of the time, which made impression on numerous spectators by unforgettable moments, became a tribute of deep respect and national love to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of the country.
Actions of the second day of the Week of culture were over at the State drama theatre named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi the Great in Balkan velayat where the play «Bedew rowaýaty», devoted to Akhal-teke horses was displayed.
In the theatrical performance, boundless fidelity of Turkmen horses reveals through the prism of different events. In the performance penetrated by the unique colour of dance kushtdepdi, the beauty and grace of legendary "paradise" racers, and the fertile Turkmen land, which has become their cradle, were sung best.
There, the second day of the Week of the culture, which was held in Balkan velayat, was also over. The proceeding large-scale event, which includes a number of various actions, becomes again an unforgettable holiday for creative figures bringing due contribution to the further perfection of Turkmen culture and art.
