Universities of Turkmenistan and Finland signed a Memorandum of understanding

The International university for humanities and development has signed a Memorandum of understanding with the Finnish institute of public administration (HAUS) and Laurea university of applied sciences of Finland. The official signing ceremony took place via digital video link.

The new document aims to develop cooperation in higher education, research, digital educational technologies, academic exchange programs, and professional development for teachers and students. The signing of the memorandum will open new opportunities for implementing joint projects, sharing best practices, and promoting innovative initiatives.

This event is an important contribution to the expansion of international humanitarian cooperation, the further strengthening of friendly and mutually beneficial scientific and educational ties between Turkmen and foreign higher education institutions, as well as the successful implementation of the «Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052» adopted in our country.
