Another apartment house built by specialists of the individual enterprise "Atalyk Gurlusyk", actively participating in the housing construction program, was put into operation in a solemn atmosphere in the administrative center of the northern region, along Dashoguz Street.

The new house was organically blended with the architectural ensemble of the housing estate, which is being formed here, with developed social and leisure infrastructure and transport infrastructure. In each of the four- and three-bedroom apartments are created the necessary conditions for comfortable living: convenient zoning, high ceilings, environmentally friendly and aesthetic construction and finishing materials. The total area of the four-room apartment is about 204 square meters, the three-room apartment is 171 square meters. The pantry room and a spacious glassed veranda are foreseen in the project in each apartment. The developed territory adjoining the new building.

Representatives of regions and city hyakimliks, labor collectives and public organizations, elders and youth took part in the celebration. The well-known performers and amateur art groups in the region took the stage, valuable gifts were presented to the most distinguished builders.
