A solemn closing ceremony of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan was held in the capital of Georgia, the city of Tbilisi. The cultural event, which became one of the landmark events of the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” opened with a meeting of museum specialists from the two countries.
During the meeting, representatives of the museum communities of Turkmenistan and Georgia reviewed the current state of cooperation, exchanged professional experience, and outlined further areas for the development of partnership.
The participants noted that the consistent implementation of the agreements reached during high-level talks creates broad opportunities for the further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation. It was also emphasized that cultural and humanitarian ties are one of the key areas of interstate cooperation.
According to the participants, the development of cultural cooperation contributes to strengthening friendship between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Georgia and broadens mutual acquaintance with the national traditions, customs, and cultural heritage of the two countries.
A festive concert became a highlight of the final day of the cultural event. Such events open up great opportunities for the further strengthening of creative ties between cultural and artistic figures of the two states. The meetings and exchanges of views on topical issues held within the framework of the cultural event made it even more rich and meaningful.
The concert performances reflected the large-scale transformations initiated by the Hero-Arkadag and successfully implemented under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, as well as the achievements of Turkmen culture and art.
