A solemn closing ceremony of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan was held in the capital of Georgia, the city of Tbilisi. The cultural event, which became one of the landmark events of the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” opened with a meeting of museum specialists from the two countries.

During the meeting, representatives of the museum communities of Turkmenistan and Georgia reviewed the current state of cooperation, exchanged professional experience, and outlined further areas for the development of partnership.

The participants noted that the consistent implementation of the agreements reached during high-level talks creates broad opportunities for the further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation. It was also emphasized that cultural and humanitarian ties are one of the key areas of interstate cooperation.

According to the participants, the development of cultural cooperation contributes to strengthening friendship between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Georgia and broadens mutual acquaintance with the national traditions, customs, and cultural heritage of the two countries.
