Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev and khyakims of velayats, at which rates of work in the agricultural complex and velayats of the country were considered.

The first floor was given to khyakim of Akhal velayat T.Nurmyradov who reported on rates of seasonal field campaigns in the region.

As he informed, these days, in the fields released after harvest of wheat ploughing is carried out. Necessary measures are taken to prepare agricultural machinery, equipment and seeds for the forthcoming sowing campaign.

In the fields of the velayat sown with cotton according to agro-technical standards, due care is taken, in particular interrow processing, top dressing by mineral fertilizers and watering are carried out.

Along with it, in the region preparation for the autumn sowing of potato, vegetables and gourds and other agricultural crops is also carried out.

The khyakim reported on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects to be opened in the velayat this year.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out the importance of timely and appropriate fulfilment of care of cotton, and preparation for wheat of the next year and gave the khyakim concrete instructions.

Besides it, the head of the state instructed him to keep control over terms and the quality of construction of the projects to be commissioned in the velayat for the current year.

Then, khyakim of Balkan velayat R.Jumayev reported on agricultural work proceeding in the region.

As he informed, at present, within the forthcoming sowing campaign of wheat, the ploughing and levelling of fields and preparation for the season of agricultural machinery and wheat seeds are carried out.

In the cotton fields of the velayat, interrow processing, top dressing by mineral fertilizers and watering are carried out.

With a view of successful fulfilment of goals to further strengthen food abundance in the country, necessary measures are implemented to prepare the agricultural areas for planting potato, vegetables and gourds during the autumn period.

The khyakim also reported on the state of affairs at building sites of the projects planned to commission the current year according to programs of social and economic development of the country.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasised the significance of seasonal agricultural work proceeding now and in that connection, noted the necessity of observance of agro-technical standards to take proper care of cotton. The head of the state also underlined the importance of preparation for the sowing campaign at due organizational level with a view of cultivation of rich crop of wheat, having gave the khyakim corresponding instructions.

Besides it, the khyakim was instructed to keep control over timely and qualitative fulfilment of civil work at the projects planned to open in the region this year.

Further, khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev reported on seasonal agricultural activities.

As he informed, with a view of preparation for the forthcoming sowing campaign, in the fields released from the harvest of wheat ploughing and levelling are carried out. Necessary measures are also taken to prepare the agricultural machinery to be involved in the campaign, and seed material.

In the cotton fields of the velayat, interrow processing, top dressing by mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering are carried out.

Along with it, due steps are taken to prepare for the autumn sowing of vegetables, gourds and other agricultural crops.

In rice fields, top dressing by mineral fertilizers proceeds according to agro-technical requirements.

Summing up the report, the President of Turkmenistan marked that the obligatory requirement are qualitative and timely care of cotton, and work to prepare for the sowing of wheat for the next year and instructed the khyakim to hold under constant control work in the given area.

Besides it, necessary measures are taken for preparation of agricultural machinery to be involved in the season, and for selection of seeds of wheat.

In the cotton fields of the velayat, interrow processing, top dressing by mineral fertilizers and watering proceed.

With a view of the successful solution of target goals to maintain the population with articles of food made in the country, in the region, due work is carried out to prepare the areas to be planted with potato, vegetables and gourds in the autumn season.

At the same time, in rice fields of the velayat, due work is carried out according to agro-technical standards.

Along with it, due steps are taken for preparation of the areas to plant potato, vegetables and gourds and other agricultural crops during the autumn season. Fruit-and vegetable production grown in the region is realised in home markets at reasonable prices.

At the same time, interrow processing, top dressing by mineral fertilizers and watering of crops of sugar beet are carried out.

Besides it, he reported on the rates of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects planned to commission in the velayat the current year within the national rural redevelopment program.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noticed that timely and qualitative care of cotton and preparation for the wheat sowing campaign according to agro-technical standards among the main conditions of reception of rich crops in the future and gave the khyakim a number of instructions.

Then, the head of the state, addressing participants of the working meeting, once again underlined the importance of current campaigns in agriculture and instructed to provide strict control over timely and qualitative fulfilment of agricultural activities.
