President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Greeting each other, the leaders of the two states expressed satisfaction with the high level and the constructive character of the interstate dialogue based on the long-term traditions of friendship and the principles of strategic partnership.
