One of the private manufacturers that has established an effective partnership with the Turkmenabat Chemical Plant named after S.A. Nyyazov and produces high-quality products is the «Kökçi» business entity, which produces modern batteries for automobiles. As is known, this chemical plant, one of the largest enterprises in the country, produces sulfuric acid, which is necessary for many sectors of the economy. The close proximity of the «Kökçi» plant to the raw material base ensures fast and safe delivery of the sulfuric acid required for battery production.
The company produces batteries for trucks and cars under the brands «Kuwwat», «Ýyldyrym» and «TM Power» with a capacity of 30 to 225 ampere-hours.
It is also worth noting the constant expansion of the scale of the business entity’s activities. The introduction of advanced technologies from the People's Republic of China and India has improved the quality and volume of production, creating new jobs. The plant, which currently employs approximately 200 workers and specialists, plans to produce over 200 thousand batteries this year. Considering that last year, the plant produced over 100 thousand units, it is clear that its production capacity has doubled.
«Kökçi» brand batteries are in high demand among car owners in the country. Furthermore, the export of advanced products from the ES to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Italy demonstrates the confident entry of the company into the global market. Incidentally, the company has four specialised vehicles for delivering finished batteries to customers.
The growing demand in the domestic and foreign markets for the products of ES «Kökçi» is due to their high quality. This is facilitated by the equipment installed at the enterprise from renowned companies from Japan, China and European countries, as well as the professionalism of the specialists. The presence of a laboratory equipped with modern equipment at the enterprise is of particular importance for quality control of manufactured products.
Another significant aspect of activities of the company is the recycling of used batteries received from institutions, enterprises and private car owners for the production of new products. Given the increase in the number of cars due to the growing prosperity of the population and the accompanying increase in the number of worn-out batteries, this area is becoming increasingly important, including for environmental protection.
Currently, amidst the rapid development of global science and technology, ES «Kökçi» is continuously working to develop new production methods. This demonstrates that the business entity is successfully keeping pace with the times.
