The Turkmen state publishing service has released a new manual, «Methodological guide for preparing lesson plans in physics for grades VII–X», for teachers in secondary schools across the country.

This publication, prepared by M. Yarbazov, M. Amanov, G. Gurbanov, and O. Mammetgulyyeva, is intended to provide practical assistance to teachers in preparing and conducting physics lessons, implementing modern pedagogical technologies, developing research skills of the students, and improving the quality of education.

The structure of the manual includes an introduction, four thematic chapters and appendices. It presents lesson plans for all topics of the physics curriculum for grades VII–X, as well as examples of solutions to practical problems.

The manual was developed in accordance with the Concept for improving the teaching of natural and exact sciences in Turkmenistan and modern requirements for the organisation of the educational process.

The new edition will become an effective tool for professional skills of enhancing teachers and organising interesting, informative, and modern physics lessons.
