The residential areas are provided with the necessary social and cultural facilities, as part of a phased arrangement of the urban area in Dashoguz region. The corresponding works on the improvement of the roadside zone were carried out in the Novruz microdistrict. Along the road, opposite the residential apartment buildings by efforts of a specialized subdivision of the housing and communal trust are laid new concrete paths, decorative lawns, flowerbeds and masts, installed lighting. Previously, there were built sports and children's playgrounds.

The administrative center of the northern region pays much attention to the further development of the territory and the development of urban infrastructure, including the creation of garden and park ensembles as in other cities and villages of Turkmenistan. The landscaping activities, creating original elements of landscape design are conducted here organically complementing the architectural style of the city.

The large recreation area is created along the shore of the Shavat Canal in the central part of Dashoguz. The concrete pavement paths are laid, decorative benches are set, new flower gardens and bosket are created, fountains will be built. This year, landscaping works were carried out in some other parts of the city, and last year a modern look was given to a park located along Andalib Street.

The works on the forming of green settings is conducted every year. This spring in different parts of the city were set out saplings of pine trees and broadleaved trees, lawns and lane markers of the streets were decorated with landscape compositions, bright floral patterns settled in the boskets.
