The Lebap elayat hosted a stage of the television competition for young pop singers “Ýaňlan, Diýarym!”, announced among talented young people competing for the President of Turkmenistan’s “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry” Award. It was attended by 10 talented young people who became winners of the etrap and city rounds of the competition. The competition, held at the venue in front of the “Türkmeniň Ak öýi” building in the velayat center, turned into a celebration of national art.

The competition dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan was held in an atmosphere of great enthusiasm and at a high organizational level. Another noteworthy tradition of the contest was that the performers taking part in it selected musical compositions that suited their voices and their level of mastery.

The jury members evaluated the young performers based on their stage culture, the songs they selected, and their performing skills. According to the results announced by the jury, which consisted of renowned masters, Atamyrat Mukhtarov, artistic director of the cultural center of the Danev etrap, and Jumageldi Babaev, an artist of the cultural center of the Halach etrap, were declared winners and received the right to participate in the national stage of the television competition “Ýaňlan, Diýarym!”.

The winners were presented with valuable gifts in a solemn ceremony.
