The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, addressed a public lesson at the «Ruhyýet" Palace in the city of Arkadag. In his words of encouragement to the younger generation, Hero-Arkadag highlighted priority tasks in the areas of innovation and digitalization.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people called on young people to demonstrate responsibility and diligence in their studies, assuring them that the state would continue to provide comprehensive support to the younger generation.

Assessing current trends, including the development of artificial intelligence and the establishment of an industrial economy, the National Leader of the Turkmen people stated the need to begin developing a comprehensive “Smart Society” concept as a logical continuation of the creation of “smart” cities.

For the implementation of this conceptual project, Hero-Arkadag proposed actively involving students and young professionals, whose fresh perspectives would help take the country to a new technological level.
