Turkmenistan is consistently strengthening ties with global ahal-teke horse breeding associations, successfully implementing the 2026 motto: «Independent, neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses». This was stated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his speech at the world equestrian championships and the ahal-teke beauty contest in the Netherlands.

Hero-Arkadag expressed gratitude to foreign partners, specialists, and like-minded people for their assistance in achieving his goals. According to him, the support of the international community plays a key role in promoting national initiatives.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people also emphasized that holding the ahal-teke world championship and beauty contest in 2026 was an important step in enhancing the authority and global fame of the legendary breed in Europe.
