President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Singapore, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, the Prime-minister of the Republic of Singapore, Lawrence Wong, and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Singapore.
Noting that relations between our countries are based on mutual respect, equality, and a commitment to progress and prosperity, the head of state emphasised interest of Turkmenistan in expanding bilateral cooperation and expressed confidence that the partnership between our countries will continue to steadily develop in the interests of both peoples.
Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan expressed his wishes for good health, happiness and well-being to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime-minister Lawrence Wong, and for progress and prosperity to the people of Singapore.
