The briefing dedicated on the forthcoming International rally "Amul-Khazar 2018" in September was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea on July 27. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Secretariat of the Korea-Central Asia Cooperation Forum, the Association of Friendship between the Republic of Korea and Central Asian countries, as well as academia, Korean companies and the media.

The participants were provided with detailed information on the preparations for the international rally, the features of its route and significance in the context of popularization of the historical and cultural heritage, natural attractions and today's achievements of Turkmenistan during the briefing.

The participants were acquainted with the key vectors of the policy of the President of Turkmenistan, who is actively advocating the revival of the Great Silk Road in the modern format. The information on successfully implemented in our country strategy for the development of sports of higher achievements and mass fitness and health improvement movement was expressed.

The participants of the briefing noted that the forthcoming road race will give an opportunity to the wide world community, including Korean, to get acquainted with the rich historical and cultural heritage of Turkmenistan, to realize the consolidating role of the Great Silk Road, which today, thanks to the energetic efforts and constructive international policy of Turkmenistan, is reviving, connecting countries and peoples.
