President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers using the digital system, where a wide range of public affairs issues were discussed.

During the meeting, deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Mammedov reported on the progress of large-scale preparations for events dedicated to the Day of healthcare and medical industry workers.

As reported, as part of the successful implementation of the State Program «Saglyk», a number of important facilities are planned to be commissioned in time for the professional holiday of medical workers.

The grand opening of an additional complex of new buildings for the «Archman» sanatorium in the Baherden etrap of the Ahal velayat will take place.

An International scientific and clinical oncology centre, an International pediatrics centre, and a Dental centre will open in Ashgabat.

In addition, the program of festive events includes the International exhibition and scientific conference «Healthcare, Education, and Sports in the Era of the Revival of the new Epoch of the powerful state», as well as a number of other thematic meetings and forums.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised that the development of the national healthcare system and the continuous improvement of its infrastructure remain key priorities of state policy. The head of state instructed the deputy-prime to ensure a high level of organisation for all planned events and ceremonies.
