A collection of scientific articles entitled “Socio-Economic Development of Independent Turkmenistan” has been published in honor of the 35th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan. The collection was jointly prepared by the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management and the Turkmen State Institute of Finance.
The main objective of the publication is to provide a scientific understanding of the development path of our country over the years of independence, disseminate positive results, and put forward approaches aimed at the further sustainable development of the national economy.
The collection includes scientific articles by professors and lecturers from the two higher educational institutions, covering various aspects of the country’s economy. The articles provide a scientific analysis of the achievements in the country’s socio-economic development over the years of independence, the large-scale reforms being implemented, and future priority areas of development. The publication is multifaceted in nature.
The scientific articles comprehensively cover topics related to the national labor market, securities market, investment policy, banking services, the state budget, the tax system, insurance, financial reporting, entrepreneurship, foreign trade turnover, industry, the transport system, and food security.
