In this regard, the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence, marked by widespread celebrations in the year proclaimed “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” symbolizes a period of dynamic development and large-scale accomplishments.
Majestic buildings and structures, reaching skyward and captivating with their beauty, shape the unique appearance of our Motherland. Every new construction project not only transforms our native land but also creates a comfortable environment, becoming a guarantee of the well-being of citizens. In this context, the uninterrupted implementation of construction work requires sufficient quantities of various construction materials. This task is being successfully addressed through large-scale state programs.
Today, alongside state-owned enterprises, the number of private manufacturing companies producing construction materials that meet international standards is steadily growing in Turkmenistan. One such enterprise, widely known for its high-quality products not only on the domestic market but also abroad, is the economic society “Ak Bulut.”
The economic society operates three plants, one of which is located in the vicinity of the city of Dostluk in Dovletli etrap of the Lebap velayat. The company produces around 150 types of construction materials and closes each year with strong performance indicators, demonstrating the efficient organization of its production processes.
The modern manufacturing facility in the Lebap velayat has the capacity to produce 50,000 tonnes of dry construction mixtures, as well as 4 million square metres of gypsum board per year. The facility is equipped with advanced machinery from Germany, China, and Türkiye, operated through a digital system. Continuous efforts are being made here to increase productivity through the efficient use of the capabilities of the powerful equipment. As a result, demand for the high-quality and competitive products manufactured by the company is growing.
Every year, the company’s enterprises produce around 60,000 tonnes of dry construction mixtures for wall finishing, 4 million square metres of suspended ceiling systems, and 7,000 tonnes of galvanized metal profiles and components. It should also be noted that the economic society, which employs around 350 qualified specialists, is constantly seeking opportunities to develop new types of construction materials. These efforts are yielding positive results. Thus, through an in-depth study of the composition of the soil and the ore and non-ore rocks of the Koytendag Mountains, as well as successful testing, the enterprise has launched production of a new construction material called Boardline. It is designed for exterior wall finishing, is resistant to temperature fluctuations and moisture, and also provides excellent sound insulation.
The economic society “Ak Bulut” is consistently expanding the scale of its production. By the end of this year, a new enterprise equipped with modern machinery is scheduled to be commissioned. This will make it possible to significantly increase the production of construction materials that are in high demand in the domestic construction industry.
