Six of the twenty-seven nine-story buildings of the developed types were commissioned in the residential area. On the eve of Independence Day of Turkmenistan two more houses - for 108 and 36 apartments will be commissioned in September. The mosque built by entrepreneurs will open in the pre-holiday days.

The life-support systems, at the same time, are being created and the territory adjacent to the houses is developed. There were built two boilers and pumping stations, four children's playgrounds, two football fields, engineering networks, cable communication lines.

Currently contracting organizations of the Ashgabat hyakimlik - production associations "Arkachstroy" and "Ashkhabadstroy" erect another 19 9-storey houses. Contractors plan to complete construction and installation works at the facilities by the end of the year.
