President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of a complex of new buildings and facilities of a military unit of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan.

In the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedova, the military reform initiated by National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag is successfully realised.

According to the Military doctrine, which is based on the legal status of permanent neutrality of our fatherland and bears an exclusively defensive character, a wide range of work is implemented to strengthen defensibility of the national army, maintenance of military and law enforcement bodies with advanced technologies, to create appropriate conditions for service and life of soldiers and officers, and improve regularly professionalism of employees of security forces.

Military men of the country, who skilfully manage the latest technologies, show a high level of combat preparation. As a steel shield of our fatherland and people, they adequately continue noble traditions of our valorous ancestors - with honour carry out their holy duty to protect their land. Taking part in parades on the occasion of independence of our fatherland, Turkmen servicemen, who stand on guard of achievements of sovereignty of our state and country and provide defensive power, peace and happy life of people and protect sacred boundaries of our fatherland and show a high professionalism and military skill.

... In the morning, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in the festive venue.

There, Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence B.Gundogdyev reported to the head of the state on readiness of the military unit of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan for the opening of a complex of new buildings and facilities.

The national anthem of Turkmenistan played.

Then, military men performed a literary-musical composition of their fatherland.

Under solemn conditions, head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov cut a symbolic ribbon of a complex of new buildings and facilities.

In the complex, which includes an administrative building, a drill-ground, a mess, barracks, a medical unit, outdoor athletic field, an obstacle course for military drill, a parking lot, office, social and house-holding buildings, provides all conditions for fruitful service and life of military men.

Then, the President of Turkmenistan visited the office building.

There, a military man familiarized the head of the state with modern arms and unmanned flying vehicles, which the Armed Forces possess, and their distinctive characteristics.

The hardware of the office building and the created possibilities completely answer the international standards and corresponding requirements in this area. The modern technologies established there, the advanced equipment – clearly speak of the regular strengthening of defensive power of the national army and successful introduction of digital system in the activity of all its structural divisions.

As known, with a view of modernisation of the material and technical basis of military units of the Armed Forces of independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan are regularly supplied with modern technologies and thanks to training carried out on a scientific basis professionalism of defenders of our native land raises. Thus, the great attention is given not only to perfection of their military skill, but also to educational and patriotic work, combat training and educational level.

Having expressed warm gratitude for the created conditions for service and successful fulfilment of set goals, the military man on behalf of all the staff of the Armed Forces assured President Serdar Berdimuhamedov that defenders of our fatherland would further serve faithfully to our native land, following their military oath.

Then, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov left a memorable record in the Book of guests of honour.

On behalf of the staff of the Armed Forces of the country, the head of the state was presented with a fine Turkmen carpet as a gift.

Further, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov familiarised himself with the conditions created in the medical unit, which is provided with the modern devices. It will allow rendering the medical services completely answering to the international standards that is especially important for the strengthening and protection of health of soldiers and officers.

Then, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan visited barracks where he familiarised himself with the conditions created there.

The barracks for soldiers differ with its modernity and features of its layout. The spacious premise, its illumination and the created possibilities for rest and useful leisure of soldiers completely correspond to requirements of army regulations. It inspires military men into faultless fulfilment of their sacred duty before their fatherland. There modern wardrobes for storage of the daily uniforms and sportswear, hygiene aids are installed. Specially equipped premises for maintenance of household needs of military men, storages of military uniforms and other things are also provided. Especially one should point out that clothes and the means intended for military men, are made by Turkmen enterprises.

Premises are equipped by modern systems of heating and cooling. The high-quality furniture and the equipment are also established there. As a whole, the created conditions correspond to present requirements.

One should mark that in amenity premises there is all necessary stock. At the disposal of military men – the room «Galkynyş» where defenders of our fatherland can spend cultural leisure-time usefully and are acquainted with interesting information and to expand their knowledge and outlook. In the library, one can find works by Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan, which are full of deep patriotism, inspiring soldiers into protection of independence and unity of our native land.

Then, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the mess.

There, military men familiarized the head of the state with the work carried out, storage conditions of foodstuff and available possibilities for cooking tasty high-calorific dishes and maintenance of military men with high-grade food.

The hardware of the mess of the complex, including the cooling and heating system, answer realities of the time. It possesses special possibilities, the modern technologies allowing considerably facilitating the process of cooking of dishes.

Various dishes are included in the menu of the national cuisine. Thus, the great attention is given to flavouring qualities and nutritional value of food. One should note that in cooking, they are guided by the book «Bereketli türkmen saçagy» that promotes conformity of dishes to national traditions.

The head of the state wished military men proper service and successes.

Then, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country visited an apartment house intended for military men and members of their families.

There, serviceman N.Kovusov who has received keys to a new modern apartment welcomed the President of Turkmenistan warmly.

Having had a talk with the military man and members of his family, the head of the state took an interest in the conditions created there.

Children of the defender of our fatherland expressed their gratitude to Arkadagly Hero Serdar with verses and inspired words.

The military man expressed warm gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country for created possibilities for worthy fulfilment of his sacred duty and life as well as prosperous life of his family.

Members of the family of the military man, who has had the luck to move into the new apartment, expressed their sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for all-round care of improvement of standards of living of people.

As the head of the state noted, the work to provide a comprehensive support to defenders of our fatherland, including in solution of social issues, will be continued. Having underlined that in apartment houses modern conditions and possibilities for children are created, Arkadagly Hero Serdar congratulated the military man and members of his family with the opening of the new complex and their new apartment. Then, he presented them with gifts.

In the complex of new buildings and facilities of the military unit of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, two modern 2-storeyed apartment houses for 48 apartments each, designated for 96 families, and a premise for the sadaka, a shop, a children's playground and parking lot were erected.

At the desire of members of the family of the military man, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country was photographed with them for keepsake.

Following primordial noble traditions, new settlers handed the President of Turkmenistan a festive gift.

Having expressed to head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov deep gratitude for the possibility given to defenders of our fatherland for fulfilment of their sacred duty and maintenance of happy life for members of their families, N.Kovusov assured that he would further make his best, use his knowledge and experience for successful fulfilment of his sacred duty - defence of peace and calmness in the country, and took an oath of fidelity to our fatherland, our people and Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

One should note that in apartment houses all necessary conditions are created for comfortable living. Thus, the great attention is attached to application of the advanced architectural solutions and layout of new houses. There are spacious and bright rooms for visitors and children and sleeping rooms are also equipped by modern furniture. The kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances also testifies that the building of houses was carried out taking into account requirements of the time.

Each apartment house is equipped by advanced systems of heating and air-conditioning. It also speaks of the fact that in designing of residential buildings, along with creation of all conveniences, a key condition is its equipment with modern technologies.

Then, the head of the state left the house and presented as gift to the complex of new buildings and facilities of the military unit of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan keys to new cars.

In the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in construction of different projects a great significance is given to accomplishment of adjoining territories according to national traditions. In the given context, it is important to mark that the adjoining territory of the apartment houses is properly arranged well. The various flowers and trees planted there promote maintenance of ecological well-being. There is also a playground intended for useful leisure, healthy and free development of kids. It clearly attests to the fact that the care of happy life of the growing generation in our country is considered as state policy priorities.

At present, the state highly appreciates military men who carry out a responsible duty. Construction of modern houses in the new complex also speaks of a vivid example of care of improvement of living conditions of military men and members of their families.

In the territory of the complex, there are grounds to practise various sports and organisation of competitions. Along with combat training for military men, it is important to practise physical culture and follow principles of healthy way of life.

Creation of favourable conditions for fruitful service of military men and all possibilities for maintenance of happy life is looked upon as priorities of military reform carried out in the country as the responsible goal is assigned to defenders of our fatherland - maintenance of reliable protection and inviolability of overland, sea and air boundaries of our native land. The state pays much attention to the military men who carry out their sacred duty, and renders them comprehensive support. The building of new houses in the territory of the complex also testifies to it.

Then, the head of the state proceeded to the building designated to hold the sadaka and it provides all conditions for the holding of various events and observance of national traditions and ceremonies, following noble principles of Turkmen people. In our country, it has become an established noble tradition to offer the sadaka on the occasion of important events in the life of the state and large scale undertakings that promotes successful realisation of set great purposes. This modern building also speaks of the fact that all conditions for observance of national traditions by military men and members of their families are created.

Then, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited a shop located in the territory of the complex where one can find a wide assortment of products. There fruit and vegetables which are grown in the fertile Turkmen land, foodstuff and household goods, made by Turkmen entrepreneurs and other production are on sale. All it shows successful fulfilment of instructions of the head of Turkmenistan on uninterrupted supply of the population with the foodstuffs and various products.

Then, Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence B.Gundogdyev on behalf of all military men expressed deep gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country and to Hero-Arkadag for the opening of the complex of new buildings and facilities of the military unit of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan.

Having wished all successes in fulfilment of their sacred military duty and worthy fulfilment of a responsible goal to ensure peace in our fatherland, the head of the state left the place.

Thus, the commissioning of the complex of new buildings and facilities of the military unit into operation has attested to successful modernisation of the material and technical basis of the Armed Forces of the country as well as further improvement of living conditions of soldiers and officers.
