The Turkmen state institute of architecture and construction will hold an online hackathon titled «Algorithm and software» on the 30th of November.
The goal of the hackathon is to identify and support talented and capable students, develop the innovative potential of young people, their analytical thinking, and their skills in independently solving assigned problems.
Students of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan are invited to participate in the event. Each educational institution can participate in the hackathon by one team of four students.
Teams participating in the competition will have 3 hours to solve programming problems. Student work will be evaluated by a jury based on criteria such as relevance, originality, novelty, and practical significance. Ability of the participants to effectively use the allotted time and work as a team will also be taken into account when summing up results of the hackathon.
Based on the results of the competition, the team that will win the Grand Prix will be determined. The best teams will also be awarded two I, two II and three III places. The hackathon winners will be awarded diplomas of the corresponding degrees from the Turkmen state institute of architecture and construction.
