Rasul Klychev from the school bench literally burst into the musical life of our country, since then numerous admirers of his talent have been closely following the work of the talented and charismatic conductor. His personal charm, expressive and voluminous language of conductor gestures are admiring. Where he draws energy for the creation in a short period of several concert programs, as well as touring activities and painstaking preparation for a new musical season, remains a mystery even for inner circle.

As if anticipating my assumptions about the musical talent that was showing up early, the head of the State Symphony Orchestra Rasul Klychev said:

- I was not a child genius. He grew up quite an ordinary, restless boy, with pleasure he played football. Besides, I am not from a musical family, and nothing foreshadowed future popularity, if it were not for Maral Byashimovna Cherkezova - my aunt. Paying attention to a fine ear and a sense of rhythm, she took me to the Specialized Children's Music Boarding School, where she taught violin classes. I owe my creative achievements to her first.

- How did the 17-year-old violinist manage to head the youth chamber orchestra, from which the career of the conductor of the conductor Rasul Klychev began?

- Youthful maximalism and leadership qualities helped to gather around like-minded people. We with the guys went to the professional stage and adequately passed the examination for compliance. The audience took us very warmly, and in this atmosphere of benevolence and energy interchange with the hall, we drew inspiration, gained experience, gained improvisational freedom. Established dialogue with listeners promoted professional development. Having defined my creative credo, I entered the Turkmen National Conservatory at the newly opened faculty of orchestral conducting.

Three times I went to Moscow for master classes to the famous conductor Yuri Simonov, who, opening the professional secrets, stimulated my search, becoming a conductor with an individual interpretation style. "Talent," he said, "as wine, the longer it is maintained, the more intense and refined. The main thing is not to miss the opportunity for its disclosure. "

- You are in charge of the State Symphony Orchestra for two years. With such an energetic and active conductor, it is probably not easy to be a member of the collective.

- Probably. Nevertheless, I inspire orchestrates that music is happiness, and the more happiness, the better! We usually spend holidays on rehearsals, performances, and the joy of co-creation for us is no less valuable than communication with family and friends. Our motto is "First music, everything else afterwards!" There are also those who do not maintain such a tense rhythm and leave, but in their place come those who, in the words of Stanislavsky "love art in themselves," seek to beautify the world around the melodic harmony ... I'm not that a strict conductor, uncompromising in work. Creativity requires total dedication, so I live by myself and expect the same from my musicians.

- Please share your impressions of the recent trip to Germany.

Music Wagner Festival in Bayreuth, which attracts annual fans of opera, is the oldest in Europe. In this city is the grave of the great German composer, who, paying tribute to the memory of Richard Wagner, attend all the participants. Frequent guests of the traditional event are German Chancellor Angela Merkel and her husband. This summer the quintet, which the soloists of our orchestra composed, for the sixth time took part in the international show. It is nice to realize that we are a recognizable team and they accept us warmly. Both the organizers and the public cordially exclaimed: "Here the Turkmen have arrived! » We performed in a restored church, the beautiful decoration of which emphasized the atmosphere of melodic inspiration.

Our orchestra received an invitation to participate in the festival next year. If we are lucky to represent the Turkmen art for the seventh time in the homeland of Richard Wagner, we will acquaint the inhabitants of Bayreuth and guests from different countries with the traditions and today's rhythms of our country by organizing a photo exhibition and an exposition of national ornaments.

- What awaits the admirers of classical music in the new season?

The plans are big. Last season we opened music to the ballet "Cipollino" by Karen Khachaturyan and symphonic fairy tale "Petya and the Wolf" by Sergei Prokofiev. They were warmly received by the public, that is why we want to continue the children's theme, but already in another refraction - "Naughty Songs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki Children" by Nury Khalmamedov. It is known that the maestro was an impressionable person and could not fail to respond in his work to the tragedy of Japanese children - his peers, whose lives were interrupted by the explosion of an atomic bomb.

After the untimely departure of maestro Nury Halmamedov, his widow, Gulya Klychevna, gave all her husband's materials to the State Archives. With her permission, I got the opportunity to study them and found the suite for the ballet "The Decisive Step". It is known that the composer was working on the creation of this work, but, unfortunately, did not have time to complete it ... And the score of the suite, in which the brightest fragments are connected, was kept all this time in the archive. This season it will sound for the first time for the Ashgabat audience, moreover, the audience will see the choreographic miniatures created for the music of the greatest Turkmen composer.

As before, we will continue our cooperation with Turkmen composers, as well as foreign musicians and singers who come with performances in our country. A wide repertory and stylistic range unites in the system of creative coordinates listeners of different generations and preferences, opens opportunities for our improvement and unison dialogue with the audience.

Be good in the new season, it promises to be filled with musical premieres, a bright palette of impressions, creative discoveries and inspiration!
