At the session of the Government on September 14, Vice-premier G. Myradov informed about the drafting of the programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025.

It was informed that this document provides taking of efficient measures aimed at the attraction of foreign investments and their efficient use, full involvement of all capabilities for further dynamic growth, transition to electronic documentation and digital economy. It is planned to take the complex of measures on increment of the export of national products and import substitutive goods, on formation of electronic industry, privatization of the state property and development of private sector of the economy.

In this regard, the President highlighted that this Programme has to be the action plan and include the projects in industry, energy, foreign trade, education, health protection, agriculture and tourism. Formation of innovative, high technology, competitive digital economy, efficient electronic industry, growth of industrialization indicator and development of market relations will allow improving the level of wellbeing of the population, Turkmen leader noted.
