The commissioning of an automated trestle work for the storage and shipment of petroleum products is being completed at the Kenar enterprise. The enterprise have the opportunity to fill 200 railway tanks per day after its commissioning. The system launched in the second half of October, is intended for computer control of the process of loading light oil products into railway tanks, as well as processing and transmitting data, and preparing accompanying documents.

The Kenar oil storage and offloading enterprise, located a few kilometers from Turkmenbashi city is equipped with an integrated tele automatics and remote metering system (SKADA) and is connected to the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries with a pipeline network.

The management of the technological process of filling tanks on railways will be carried out by means of computer. The likelihood of emergency situations is reduced at the expense of software and hardware, information on the actual amount of oil products in tons and liters. All other necessary data is also systematized.
