The top-level talks between the leaders of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan will take place in Ashgabat tomorrow.

The formation of a relevant legal framework for the five-sided cooperation of the Caspian states, taking into account the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea adopted in August, 2018, is important for the both countries.
