President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers who supervises agricultural complex, hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat. Speaking of importance of putting of facilities, which are built under National rural programme, including new administration centre of the velayat, into operation as per the schedule, high level of organization of events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan neutrality, the President gave number of assignments for provision of coordinated activity of administrative and production structures for successful solution of all set objectives to the Hyakim.
