President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulation on the 75th birthday anniversary to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation, People's Artist of Turkmenistan Polad Bulbuloglu.

In his congratulatory address, the Turkmen leader noted that for many years, Polad Bulbuloglu had significantly contributed to strengthening the friendly and fraternal relations between our countries and peoples. "Therefore, you are highly respected in Turkmenistan as a prominent composer and wonderful singer. Your creative work occupies a special place in the heart of the Turkmen people," the President underlined.
