First, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Ya. Gurbanov who reported on the situation in the region including on seasonal campaigns, measures for care of winter crops, comprehensive preparation of spring sowing of cotton, fruits and vegetables.
Information about work in livestock farming sphere, plan of silk cocoon production and organization of mass tree plantation has been presented within the report. The head of the regional administration has also informed about preparation to the vents timed to the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of our state.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that agricultural activities have to be carried out as per set standards at the fields under the wheat. Timely ploughing and levelling of the fields allocated for agricultural crops, thorough selection of seeding material and provision of equipment for the next sowing season are very important, the Head of the State said.
Special focus has been made on fulfilment of planned objectives for production of cocoons and fast solution of all issues existing in this direction. Speaking of the subject of development of livestock farming sphere of the velayat, Turkmen leader ordered to hold organization of lambing campaign, creation of all conditions for personnel of this sphere under control.
Noting the importance of coming mass tree planting campaign, the President highlighted that this event has to be held on integrated base and taking into account local soil and climate features.
Speaking of importance of timely fulfilment of objectives of further modernization of social and living infrastructure on sites, the President ordered to hold construction of new administrative centre of Ahal Velayat under strict control and gave assignments on preparation of celebration of the 25th anniversary of the country’s neutrality.
After, the President called Hyakim of Balkan Velayat T. Atahalliyev who reported on works in agricultural complex in the western region of the country, including on works in the fields.
Report on solution of subjects of coming lambing campaign in livestock farms of the velayat, conditions made for its proper level organization has been presented.
In addition, it was reported on measures taken for provision of timely completion of construction of different facilities, improvement of social and living conditions of the population. The Head of the regional administration informed on the measures for organized spring tree planting action and celebration events on occasion of the 25th anniversary of neutrality of the country.
Having listened to the report, the Head of the State focused on improvement of the efficiency of works in different spheres, which are carried out in the country. it is necessary to take proper care of winter crops and make qualitative preparation to spring sowing campaign, the President said.
Continuing the session, the Head of the State pointed out the necessity to hold under control fulfilment of the plans for production of silk cocoons and ordered to provide organization of lambing campaign on proper level.
The President gave relative assignments to the Head of the regional administration on preparation to green campaign. Situation at the construction sites of the region, especially at the facilities of Altyn Asyr Turkmen Lake, requires unremitting control. Specific assignments have been given for preparation of events timed to the 25th anniversary of neutrality.
Working session was continued with the report of Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat N. Nazarmyradov who informed about the situation and rates of works in agricultural complex, at construction sites, course of modernization of social and living infrastructure of the region. In particular, it was reported on the preparation to spring sowing of cotton and other agricultural crops, care of winter crops according to agricultural technical standards.
Information about work plans of cocoon production, organization of coming lambing campaign has also been presented. At the same time, the President was introduced with the activity for preparation to mass tree planting and celebration events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of neutrality.
Summing up the report, the Head of Turkmen state noted that agricultural technical standards have to be complied with during agricultural works and soil and climate conditions of the region have to be taken into consideration.
Coming lambing campaign has to be organized on proper level, the Head of the State continued, having ordered to make all conditions for farmers for the provision of protection and further breeding of young animals.
Having highlighted on the subject of production of the silk cocoons, the President highlighted that it is important to elaborate on all existing subjects, especially for provision of production associations with silkworm eggs, immediately.

After, Hyakim of Lebap Velayat Sh. Amangedliyev reported on the situation in the region, in particular on the measures for proper care of agricultural fields. In this context, information about preparation to the coming sowing campaign has been presented.
Special attention in the report was paid to the conditions for development of livestock farming complex of the region and fulfilment of planned obligations for production of cocoons. It was also reported about preparation to spring green campaign and events timed to the 25th anniversary of neutrality.
Having focused on the utmost objectives of agricultural sector, the Head of the State highlighted that it is necessary to approach organization of field works in responsibility.

In particular, information about agricultural technical activities for care of winter crops, preparation of fields, relative equipment and machinery to spring sowing campaign has been presented.

Having focused on the necessity of enhancement of efficiency of agricultural works, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that timely conduct of seasonal campaigns, stimulation and targeted support of farmers are the main factors.

Addressing the Vice-premier, the Head of the State requested to hold timely conduct of agricultural campaigns under control, to implement actively advanced achievements to agricultural complex. It was also requested to apply modern methods of rational use of land and water resources.
Hyakim of Ashgabat Ya. Gylyjov reported on the situation in the capital, measures for successful solution of objectives of the Concept of development of Turkmen capital, events on occasion of the 25th anniversary of the country.
Special emphasis has been laid on construction of big facilities of various purpose, preparation to mass tree plantation, measures taken for provision of ecological wealth of the capital and surroundings.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that giving integrated character of development is the main goal of current fundamental changes in Ashgabat. In this context, the Head of the Stat ordered to hold modernization of structures of urban municipality and services under strict control.
Having highlighted importance of coming green campaign, the Head of Turkmenistan has focused on significance of conducting this action on high organizational level, thorough selection of place and types of trees to be planted taking into account soil characteristics and ordered to attract all organizations and establishments to mass tree planting.
