The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having appointed Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Bayramgeldy Ovezov to act on behalf of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shamuhammet Durdiliyev due to hospitalization of the latter caused by heart disease.
