In accordance with a Presidential Decree, Gylychmyrat Hallyev has been relieved of his duties as Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan due to a transfer to another position.

In accordance with a Presidential Decree, Guvanchmyrat Atamyradovich Ussanepesov has been appointed Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan and awarded a second-class rank.
