The President of Turkmenistan has issued a Decree ordering:

to relieve first-class lawyer Babageldi Satybaldyevich Babaev of the post of prosecutor supervising the observance of laws in correctional institutions of the city of Turkmenbashi;

to appoint second-class lawyer Rakhat Shykhmyradovich Karyev prosecutor supervising the observance of laws in correctional institutions of the city of Turkmenbashi.
