In compliance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Public Prosecution of Turkmenistan”, by a Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov:

junior counselor of justice Toily Allaberdievich Byashimov has been appointed prosecutor of Sayat etrap, Lebap velayat; relieved of the position of prosecutor of Serakhs etrap, Akhal velayat;

second-class lawyer Shokhrat Sapardurdyevich Taev has been appointed prosecutor of Serakhs etrap, Akhal velayat;

second-class lawyer Novruz Gurbanovich Amanov has been appointed prosecutor of Serdar etrap, Balkan velayat;

first-class lawyer Syakhetdurdy Meretdurdyevich Atajanov has been relieved of the position of prosecutor of Sayat etrap, Lebap velayat on the expiry of his term of office;

junior counselor of justice Begench Hydyrovich Taganov has been relieved of the position of prosecutor of Serdar etrap, Balkan velayat on the grounds of poor performance following a performance appraisal.
