“We have held a ceremonial military parade in Halk hakydasy Memorial Complex on occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in Great Patriotic War. The parade was held on high level despite continuing complicated situation in the world. This parade, which receive a wide response of the world community, has been written with golden letters to the history of our state as an important event symbolizing respect of courage, bravery and heroism of our compatriots by Turkmenistan citizens.
At present time, you have to start thorough preparation to ceremonial military parade on occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, which has to be held on high level. We have to march confidently with your heads lifted high with pride, with high morale and combat spirit, to demonstrate defense capability and military power of National Army, high level achieved for the years of independence, selflessness, courage and dedication to the Motherland of current generation of our brave ancestors to the world community” – the message highlights.
Finishing his message on occasion of the Motherland’s Defender Day, President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that Turkmenistan’s warriors would successfully manage the set objectives and wished them strong health, longevity, prosperous and happy life, big success in sacred and responsible service.
