The new international flight has replenished the schedule of the Turkmenhowayollary State National Service. Henceforth, comfortable Boeing – 737NG aircraft will convey passengers between Ashgabat and Lvov (Ukraine) once a week.

The new flight will widen the geography of tourist trips to the resort areas in the two friendly states and will promote fostering the Turkmen-Ukrainian trade, economic and humanitarian ties.

According to the Turkmenhowayollary State National Service, 129 tickets have been sold for the new flight that vividly testifies to the high demand for this route. The major part of the passengers is students studying in the institutions of higher education in Ukraine, businessmen as well as holiday makers and tourists.

As is known, since 2008, the Turkmenhowayollary State National Service has flied to the capital of Ukraine – Kiev three times a week. For the period since August 15 until September 20, 2013, three additional flights will fly to Kiev so that the Turkmen youth studying in various cities of this friendly country could fly back after the summer holidays.

Another important preference for the passengers travelling to Kiev and Lvov is that they can fly back to Ashgabat from any of these cities without changing their tickets. There are also good connections in the airports in Kiev and Lvov between the flights to Beijing (the People’s Republic of China), Delhi (the Republic of India) and Bangkok (the Kingdom of Thailand).
