The Turkmen carpet acts in performance as an image - symbol which is invariably present at all scenes of an opera and bright stage decorations. The idea of continuity of cultural traditions of the Turkmen people is incarnated in this image, created and improving throughout centuries an unsurpassed carpet weaving art. This theme is played in original way in opera story line. Authors of performance delicately bring the spectator to a thought – carpet is the soul of the Turkmen, the carpet patterns weaved by girls - reflection of feelings endured by them. These are the exact carpets of the performance heroine Ayna who suffers a big and pure feeling of love and prepares for wedding. Not casually she conceives to weave for creative competition a carpet with image of Akhalteke racer soaring over the Turkmen land. Thus, images of a carpet and heavenly horses, which are a real national patrimony of the Turkmen nation, are symbolically united in performance.

The external plot of performance is plain – loving couple pass test of separation and, despite obstacles, put by envious person Perman, with honor and dignity leave a dependent situation thanks to all-conquering power of love and good.

Possibilities of big scenes are widely used in musical dramatic art of new performance, the opera abounds with the developed choral episodes in which the national melodies and songs are used. Author's music is also melodious, tonally close to a national folklore.

The creative collective managed to make clear to the spectator the national specificity of images, to transfer national colour. New opera performance is saturated with action, a musical and scenic outline is organically interweaved with original customs and traditions of the people, the ceremonies accompanying it holidays and everyday life. All mass scenes of performance are penetrated by deep love to the people, kind humor and vital force. Opera performance is crowned with a scene of reunion of heroes, their voices merge in a fine song of love.
