On February 18, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held online meeting with the UK Prime Minister's Trade Envoy for Turkmenistan, Ms. Emma Nicholson to discuss trade and economic issues.

From the Turkmen side, the meeting was attended by the heads and representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Central Bank, the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs, the State Committee for Water Resources, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to cooperation with JCB Sales Limited, which is interested in the supply of special machinery and equipment to Turkmenistan.

The issues of investment and other aspects of joint projects were also considered during the meeting.
