The Museum of Fine Arts is currently running an exhibition of graphic art, sculpture and crafts to mark Constitution and State Flag Day.

Each of the artists approached to explore the theme in their own unique way. The centerpiece of the exhibition is paintings, devoted to the Turkmen state’s distinguishing attributes – the Flag and the Constitution.

Snow-white doves in a series of paintings symbolize peace and trust - this year’s theme in our country. These birds look particularly moving in the painting depicting a little violinist playing the symphony of life – so light, joyous and happy…

The exhibition also features paintings celebrating the capital city of our country – white marble-clad Ashgabat. One of the paintings depicts young designers working on architectural models. Nearby is a painting showing a spectacular panoramic view of the capital from the top floor of a stylish, high-quality residential apartment building. Another painting features a man-made river that adds a poetic touch to the capital’s architecture.

On display is also a painting depicting a scenic view of the Kopetdag foothills. The beauty of the home country, seen through the prism of the important holiday, is also a patriotic chapter on our country.
