Coach of Turkmenistan Tennis Federation Andrey Dovmatov has taken online course of International Tennis Federation for national specialists.

Representatives of Syria, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Iraq have also taken part in four-day course, which was conducted by expert of tennis development in Western and Central Asia Amir Borgey.

The course is aimed at development and popularization of tennis in the world, improvement of organization of sportsmen’s training. In this regard, the role of coach in training process of sportsman was one of the main subjects of the seminar as the coach has to have excellent organization skills, knowledge in management sphere, broad outlook and be a good psychologist.

We received many beneficial information, which we would implement for development of tennis in Turkmenistan, - Andrey Dovmatov said.

After the course, the participants have had a test. Following successful results of the exam, the participants will receive relevant certificate.
